I worked with Mimi for just over 3 years in her capacity as Chief of Staff to the Chief Diversity Officer of Stanley Black & Decker as well as her position as a Human Resource Partner within the organization within that timeframe. Among other strategic initiatives, Mimi and I worked hand in hand with a small team to build a groundbreaking program inside of that timeframe that served almost 40 young people within the Hartford, CT area - supporting them in both their academic pursuits and career exploration.
